Our Story
Beginning in 2020, our founders started to think about different and unique ways to do the work they enjoyed. They began to discuss a partnership that would allow them to provide enhanced knowledge and expertise by working together, while at the same time, explore individual interests. That is how OM&E Partners was born, creating a unique partnership to provide expanded knowledge, enhanced skillsets, and excellence in service.
Our Mission
We partner with people and their organizations to better serve families in their communities through professional mentorship, training, and information gathering. We envision equitable neighborhoods where health and wellness needs are met through data-driven services and community-grounded approaches by effective organizations.

Melissa Lujan, MA
Mel received a B.A. in Human Development with a minor in Child Development from California State University, Long Beach and her Master of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut.
Marianna Corona, MSW, LCSW
Marianna received a B.A. in Sociology from Stanford University and a Master of Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
